Is Nidra a legitimate professional spa?
Yes. We're a therapeutic massage and facial spa. Every session is professional and ethical. We do not offer erotic, "full service" or intimate-area massages.
How do I book?
On WhatsApp at +52 55 4378 1339. Tell us the massage, the length and the time. We recommend booking ahead.
Do you speak English?
Yes, we take care of you in English and Spanish.
How do I get in? I can't see a sign on the door.
We're at Celaya 17, Hipódromo. For privacy the door stays closed: ring the bell and we'll let you in.
What does a full-body massage cover?
Head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs and feet.
How much is a massage?
It depends on the technique and length. All 60 and 90-minute prices, individual and couples, are on the prices page.
Can we come as a couple?
Yes. We have a double room and two therapists work at the same time. Each of you can choose a different massage.
What are your hours?
Every day, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
How can I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer. No deposit is needed to book.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Ask for one on WhatsApp and tell us which massage or amount you'd like to give.
What does the relaxing massage include?
Gentle full-body strokes, essential oils and a quiet room. It doesn't go deep into the muscle; it focuses on calming your nervous system.
What conditions does a therapeutic massage help with?
Chronic low back pain, neck tension, sciatica, tennis elbow and sports injuries, among others.
Who is deep tissue massage for?
For people with ongoing tension, athletes, or anyone with persistent back and shoulder pain.
What makes it different from a regular massage?
It combines herbal oils, traditional Indian techniques and marma points to seek inner balance, not just muscle relief.
Do I need to undress?
No. Thai massage is done fully clothed in comfortable clothes.
Which techniques does it include?
Deep release, relaxing, shiatsu and Thai, among others, combined to fit your needs.
Does it help after liposuction or a tummy tuck?
It's highly recommended after surgery, always with your surgeon's go-ahead and timing.
Do the stones burn?
No. They're heated to a controlled temperature and your therapist checks it with you before placing them.
What is a pinda?
A cloth pouch filled with therapeutic herbs that's steamed and applied to the body.
From which week can I have it?
From week 16 of pregnancy. When booking, tell us how many weeks along you are; for high-risk pregnancies, check with your doctor first.
