Your first visit to Nidra
Nidra Spa is a therapeutic massage spa in a house at Celaya 17, Hipódromo Condesa, steps from Parque México. The door stays closed for privacy: you ring the bell and we let you in. Before starting you tell your therapist the pressure you like and any areas to avoid; pressure is adjusted throughout. We speak Spanish and English and are open every day, 9 am to 9 pm.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes. Thai massage is done fully clothed; for oil massages we'll tell you how to get ready when you arrive.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive on time and ring the bell at your appointment time. If you're running late, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I ask for more or less pressure?
Yes, at any time. Pressure is adjusted throughout the session.
Is it a professional spa?
Yes. We are a therapeutic massage spa. We do not offer erotic or intimate-area massages.
What if I'm pregnant?
Book the prenatal massage: we offer it from week 16. Tell us how many weeks along you are when you book on WhatsApp.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Do you require a deposit? What if I need to cancel?
We don't ask for a deposit, so there's no cancellation fee. If you can't make it, let us know on WhatsApp so we can free up the slot.
Is there a shower?
There's no shower. If you need it, after your massage we give you a warm, damp towel to remove the oil.
Are there stairs?
We have one room on the ground floor and one upstairs. If you'd rather avoid stairs, tell us when you book.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Ask for one on WhatsApp and tell us which massage or amount you'd like to give.
